the picture looked teal or "lake" blue - it is not. it is a true medium blue. the "built-in pillow" is a joke. It has no more padding than the areas around it. Tho it has several pockets, you can't put much in them and latch it closed. I put a new pack of wipes in it, and I would be surprised if you could get more than 1 diaper in another pocket. see how strained the clasp is with just wipes in it. if you just want an extra changing pad, great. if you were hoping to pack several necessities for changes on the go, pass.
